Report an issue from the app

If your device is enrolled with a configured security center and online sharing is enabled, you can submit a support complaint from the app and check its status and any administrator reply there. Your subject and description are sent to that security center when you submit. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, payment details or other sensitive information. If the connected service is unavailable, use email instead.

To help us understand your question

  • Include the app screen or feature involved and a brief description of what happened.
  • If relevant, include your Android version and app version from the app settings/about screen.
  • For account requests, use the account email/phone already associated with the account so we can identify the correct record. Do not send your password or one-time codes.
  • Remove private information from screenshots before sharing them.

Account and data deletion

Local app data can be removed from Android settings or by uninstalling the app. For account and server-side data, contact the operator of your configured security center. View the full account and data deletion instructions.

Canceling a Google Play subscription is a separate step in Google Play and does not by itself delete account or server records.

Safety and emergency note

CYBERGUARD 360 is not an emergency service. Family alerts may be delayed or not delivered. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services directly.
