Your data, your request

Account & data deletion.

Use these steps to remove data from your device, request deletion of account records held by a security-center operator, and separately manage your Play subscription.

Important: The app’s security-center API does not expose a self-service account-deletion endpoint. Use the email request below for server-side account deletion. The operator of the configured security center controls its database and backups.

1. Request deletion of account and server-side data

  1. Email support@cyberguard360.in with the subject CYBERGUARD 360 account and data deletion.
  2. Identify the account using its registered international phone number or account email. Do not include your password, one-time code, payment card information or full Play purchase token.
  3. If you enrolled with an organization or another operator’s security center, also contact that operator; Buildnova Technologies Private Limited may not control its server-side records.
  4. The operator may ask for proportionate information to verify that you control the account before acting on the request.

Server-side records can include account details, device profiles, security incidents, audit events, caller-reputation reports, subscription verification records and—if used—family emergency records. What is held depends on the configured service and features you used. Some records may remain in backups or be retained when required for security, legal or operational reasons; the operator should explain the applicable retention and deletion process for its deployment.

2. Remove data stored on your Android device

Sign out in the app if you can. Then use Android Settings → Apps → CYBERGUARD 360 → Storage → Clear storage/data, or uninstall the app. This removes app-local session data, activity history, settings and other app-private data from that device. Items saved outside the app’s private storage may need to be removed separately. Clearing local data does not delete records already sent to a security center.

3. Cancel a Google Play subscription separately

Uninstalling the app or requesting account deletion does not cancel an auto-renewing Play subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription in Google Play using the Google account that made the purchase. Google Play controls billing and cancellation; consult its current help instructions for your account.

What happens next?

This website does not submit or track deletion requests. The support mailbox is the contact route. The operator should confirm receipt, identity checks, processing, any data retained and the relevant service operator. No processing timeframe is promised on this page.

For more detail about collected data and retention, read the privacy policy.
